great facilities and perfect location
helpful staff excellent gym
The location is perfect. Groceries, coffee, and restaurants are close by. i found the kitchen huge, with loads of cupboard space, and there was good hot water. the reception staff were helpful. the gym is excellent.
the hotel lacked a restaurant and a bar. also, there was no daily room cleaning service . it did not resemble a traditional hotel in that sense, and the bed was small.

I found the rooms to be well equipped and of decent size. Comfortable. the suite included a well-appointed kitchen, perfect for preparing meals. there was a huge amount of cupboard space for coats and other belongings.

a satisfactory experience
great facilities villa feel hard sofa sketchy neighborhood
the gym had all essentials. there were also many things available in the suite. i liked that the room reminded me of a villa.
the sleeper sofa was very hard. it was not comfortable to sleep on. i also noticed the neighborhood was a bit sketchy, it wasn't great.

a tender sanctuary in the city's heart
bright apartment central location friendly staff early check-in
i found the apartment to be immaculate and filled with light. the balcony was a lovely addition. i could explore easily because the location is central. the staff were friendly, they even allowed us to check in a bit early, it was a kindness i didn't expect.
the fire alarm system experienced issues and we were evacuated twice though i understood the situation was being addressed.

The staff responded promptly to requests for extra towels. I found them helpful and efficient, they provided quick resolutions. they are attentive to guests needs.

while the hotel does not have an on-site restaurant or bar, i used the fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals. a supermarket is conveniently located close to the hotel.

The hotel is centrally located. It made exploring the city simple. yaletown, granville, and seymour are all within walking distance! allowing easy access to various attractions.

the hotel provides a 24/7 gym, i found this convenient. the pool and hot tub were relaxing after a day of sightseeing, they offered space for unwinding.

poor communication broken door
The early morning fire alarm was a mess. we had to evacuate around 3 am for what turned out to be a false alarm. The staff didn't communicate well, and the elevators were out of service for hours. it was rumored this has happened frequently. It. pool hours were inconvenient. door to patio was broken.
